6 Oz. Bakery was founded by Tharshi, a passionate creator who balanced a full-time career in the construction industry while pursuing her love for food. On weekends, she enrolled in culinary school, exploring the idea of one day becoming a chef. 

Interestingly, baking wasn’t always her passion—until she met her husband, whose sweet tooth sparked a new chapter. Inspired by his love for the cookies he devourved during his years in New York, Tharshi set out on a mission: to recreate (and even improve upon) those nostalgic flavors.

What began as an effort to satisfy her husband’s cravings soon grew into something much bigger. After countless batches and recipe trials, 6 Oz. Bakery was born—specialising in oversized, classic cookies that are simple, decadent, and packed with flavor.

Today, 6 Oz. Bakery is more than just a dream realised; it’s a heartfelt journey from home-baked experiments to a full-fledged business. Every cookie reflects the same passion and care that started it all.
