6 oz. Bakery was founded by Tharshi, who balanced a full-time career with culinary studies before turning her passion into a business.
Inspired by her husband’s love of New York–style cookies, she began recreating and refining classic flavours. What started as home baking experiments grew into a bakery specialising in oversized, indulgent cookies.
